Withdraw Application

If you are moving out of the area, you must submit a written request (please click the link above) for a transfer packet to provide to the new school so that they have sufficient documentation to enroll your child(ren). It is recommended that you provide at least three (3) days advance notice to our Registrar, Sandy Sears, (, so that she has ample time to obtain required grading information from teachers and sufficient lead time to compile the necessary paperwork depicting a snapshot of your child(ren)’s education record.

We also collect any textbooks and/or school-issued materials at the time of transfer, and request that any outstanding financial obligations be satisfied prior to departure.
